Hana | Executive Director
Hana is the Founder and Executive Director of HGC, which he established in October 2020. With thirteen years of experience in various organizations and NGOs, plus two years as a freelance consultant, Hana brings extensive expertise in Financial Management, Administrative Management, and Human Resources Development to his role. He is committed to the value of “Excellence” and actively teaches this concept to his colleagues, NGO clients, and employees.
Hana holds a bachelor’s degree in English language from Salahaddin University in his hometown of Erbil, Iraq. Hana’s hobbies include playing guitar and chess.
Sinan
Senior Finance Officer
Sinan joined HGC in April 2021 and plays a crucial role in ensuring that HGC and its clients meet government deadlines for tax submissions and financial reports. He is also involved in daily accounting tasks, preparing offers and contracts, and maintaining an archive of financial and HR documents.
Lawand
Executive Assistant
Lawand, an Executive Assistant at HGC since December 2020, plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. She provides high-level administrative and financial support, manages executive schedules, coordinates meetings, and oversees office functions, contributing to HGC’s efficiency and success.
Marnel
Program Manager
Marnel joined HGC in April 2024 as a Program Manager. She is a Dutch national with three years of on the ground experience in the humanitarian sector in Iraq. Marnel holds a Master’s degree in Global Mental Health. Currently, she is strategically leading the development of the HGC training sector.
