Hana | Executive Director
Hana is the Founder and Executive Director of HGC, which he established in October 2020. With thirteen years of experience in various organizations and NGOs, plus two years as a freelance consultant, Hana brings extensive expertise in Financial Management, Administrative Management, and Human Resources Development to his role. He is committed to the value of “Excellence” and actively teaches this concept to his colleagues, NGO clients, and employees.
Hana holds a bachelor’s degree in English language from Salahaddin University in his hometown of Erbil, Iraq. Hana’s hobbies include playing guitar and chess.
Sergio
Admin Coordinator
Sergio joined HGC in June 2024 after progressing through several key administrative roles, including Admin Assistant, Admin Officer, and now as an Admin Coordinator. He manages the administrative team, ensures smooth workflows, and connects departmental processes to support efficient operations across the company. Sergio holds a bachelor’s degree in Statistics and Information from Salahaddin University in Erbil. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and has a strong passion for cars.
Lawand
Operations Manager
Lawand, an Operations Manager at HGC since December 2020, plays a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations. She provides high-level administrative and financial support, manages executive schedules, coordinates meetings, and oversees office functions, contributing to HGC’s efficiency and success.
Shahed
Executive Assistant
Shahed became part of the team in June 2025, taking on dual responsibilities as Projects Officer and Administrative Officer. Her dedication, communication skills, and organizational ability quickly made her an integral part of the company. In November 2025, she advanced to the role of Executive Assistant where she continues to provide administrative and financial support, streamline executive operations, and contribute to key organizational initiatives. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Kurdistan, Hewlêr.
